Ultimate Heating & Cooling – H.V.A.C Systems

Our AC was on the verge of breaking down and after meeting with several companies, we decided to go with UHC for a replacement. The first place we called out barely stayed 15 minutes, but Kyle took the time to walk me through what we could fix on our AC or how much it would cost for a new AC. The following week our AC went out and the UHC team scheduled us for the first available install. Kyle, Kelly, Josh and Zar did a great job on install day by keeping me informed and cleaning up the mess before they headed out. A few days later another tech came by to check on the system. All in all a great experience and highly recommend 🙂

I really appreciate the level of service provide by Ultimate. From my call into the office to request service to my interaction with the field tech Justin Salvador to my emailed invoice I experienced nothing but high quality treatment backed by knowledge and respect. Before doing repair I was walked through the root cause of the problem and stepped through a repair plan. I highly recommend that if you have a Carrier system use Ultimate Heating and Cooling.

I noticed some water coming from our AC/Furnace unit in the basement. Called Ultimate Heating and Cooling and they sent someone out the next day. Originally Kyle came out to diagnose and run some maintenance. He was prompt, friendly, and even tolerated all of my questions while he was working. Turns out the issue we had was much worse than I had realized. It was going to be pretty expensive to repair. I agreed to the repairs though as they were necessary. Kyle called me the next day to say they could work with me on pricing to just replace the unit rather than do the repairs. Then within a week we had the install scheduled. Kelly and Ricardo did the install of the unit. They were fantastic as well. They worked efficiently and were very nice too. They were patient with our dogs too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ultimate again. I think you could probably get cheaper pricing through another avenue… but the level of service, responsiveness and overall experience was worth it for us.

Kelly and his crew from Ultimate Heating and Cooling came out yesterday to install a new furnace and AC in my home. They arrived on time, took great care of my property and did a very nice job with the install. Kelly even spent a couple extra minutes helping me set up my thermostat. Would definitely use these guys again and am looking forward to them being my bi-annual service guys going forward.

I had an excellent experience with Ultimate Heating & Cooling. I contacted them to do seasonal maintenance on my central air conditioning system. The technician was Kyle Massler, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and professional in servicing my a/c system and interacting with me. He explained all of the maintenance procedures to me, and provided helpful insights for things I can do to keep my system running efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend the company, and Kyle!

Kelly and crew ( Josh, Will, Ricardo, and Junior) installed a furnace, a central A/C and a mini-split just this week on Monday. They are a fabulous group who teach and learn from each other and work as a cohesive team. It was pleasing to see the comradeship and efficiency all wrapped up in such a professional crew. They completed the job the same day, way before quitting time. From what I’ve seen, I believe it was a top notch install of all equipment. Plus they taught the household on how to use the new equipment in a very concise manner.

One of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with! Had a new Evaporative Cooler and Furnace installed along with some electrical work and new thermostats installed as well. Very professional team (technicians and office staff) from estimate, install to follow up. Kyle and Christian both were fantastic in answering all questions, went above and beyond their job scope and were extremely courteous. Quality of work was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Ross was very helpful with our annual maintenance and thorough in his work. He was professional and on time and completed the work with minimal disruption. We’re very happy with Ross and Ultimate who did the original design and implementation of all the mechanical in our home.

Ultimate installed our A/C and furnaces for our builder. Service technician Adan was extremely helpful with solutions for our noisy rooftop A/c units. We have had them out to install a humidifier on our furnace and couldn’t be happier with the work Adan provided. Very thorough, professional, and helpful in understanding the Ecobee controls.

Technician Kyle Gray was exactly what I needed to help me understand and preserve my Carrier heat pump investment. Kyle went out of his way to explain simply and thoroughly all the nuances of the system. I became a member.

Kelly arrived at the beginning of our service window with a number of other technicians that helped him unload materials. We had a mini-split installed on our top floor. Job was done faster than expected and everything was cleaned up before leaving. Kelly was polite and knowledgeable.

Terrific experience with Ultimate Heating & Cooling. Very friendly and professional when I called to schedule an AC repair appointment during one of the busiest times of year. They were also able to get us in much more quickly than other places we called. Our technician, Jonathan, was knowledgeable, professional, and patiently explained everything he found and what needed done to resolve it. Good value for the cost. We’ll call them again!

Excellent company to work with! In peak A/C season, they were able to get us in quickly, and kept us posted along the way. They sent several photos of the A/C, and a detailed explanation on the invoice. Also, reasonable rates, especially considering how thorough the the job was.

Kyle M came today to help take a look at our AC after it wasn’t quite cold enough. He was so prompt he actually beat me home from work! Super helpful, very respectful, work a mask the whole time and took care not to dirty the carpets after having to get into the crawl space. Would definitely recommend!

Ross from Ultimate Heating and Cooling arrived promptly to my home to help me with my a/c. He came prepared with a mask as well as booties – neither of which was needed in my household, but I thought it added a professional and caring touch on his part. He was very courteous and friendly, as well as very patient in explaining the issues my a/c had, in a manner I could comprehend. Ross had my a/c up and running in no time, which I’m extremely grateful for, and gave me a variety of solutions to contemplate for the future of my a/c AND furnace! I found Ross to be extremely knowledgeable, honest and very trustworthy – he is an asset to Ultimate Heating and Cooling! I definitely recommend this company for their professionalism, promptness, and superior knowledge in their services!

Our AC stopped working on one afternoon and Ultimate was able to give us a window the next day. Kyle sent a text when he was on the way, was on time, and very professional. He showed us pictures of what was broken And explained it in terms we understood. He answered all our questions patiently. Definitely using them again.

Kelly from Ultimate Heating & Cooling was absolutely fantastic! He made sure that everything got pulled together, he has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. We had the Guys from Ultimate come out and get us up and running again with AC. Started with Ross, great guy, got us going in the right direction. Day of Install, Kelly, Will, Sam, & Jorge, came out and Got The Job Done. !!! Very grateful to them all for working so Quickly. All are Very Professional and explained everything, start to finish. Kelly, Junior and Ricardo did a great job installing the new furnace. They’re very professional and personable. The install went smoothly and was completed in a very timely manner. Justin, who sold me the furnace, stopped by to make sure everything was going well. I’ll be using UHC when the a/c needs replaced. The price is fair and the Carrier furnace is nice.

Justin was awesome to work with. Got out to us within a day and a quote the same day. Kelly, Sam, and Jorge did great work getting everything installed, cleaned up, and in much better condition than they found it. Great company and fantastic folks to work with.

Kyle came out, reviewed what we had and gave us a quote that same afternoon. We had a number of other companies out to bid on the job as well, but between the Google reviews, Yelp reviews, professionalism and price match, Ultimate came out on top so we scheduled with them. Really glad we did! They were on-site yesterday and completed the job in just one day. The lead tech, Josh, was easy to work with, communicative, professional and took the time at the end of a 100 degree day to walk me through the system. Walking up this morning to an air conditioned house was amazing.
