Omega Heating & Cooling – H.V.A.C – S.E.R.V.I.C.E.S

Our 23year old air conditioner system stopped working Labor Day weekend…… the hottest days of 2019 (we expected it would not last through the summer). We contacted several companies to get quotes for a new system. Several of the quotes were extremely high. Then we contacted Omega. Omega was recommended to me by a co-worker . Jason Erwin with Omega came out the very next day. Jason thoroughly inspected our system and gave us options for a replacement. The quote was $3500 less than the competitor and included some great bonuses . So we went with Omega. A few days later, Lucan and his crew showed up to complete the installation. Very professional installers. They installed the HVAC system in a couple of hours, cleaned up and gave us a tutorial on the new thermostat. I must say the air conditioner is working extremely well. I am very pleased with their professionalism and service. I would definitely recommend this company.

On Jan. 2nd I called Omega Heating & Air to re-ignite my furnace pilots. The serviceman Jerrell was very helpful, knowledgeable in his craft and went beyond the call of duty to explain further repairs/replacements that will be needed going forward. I then received a call from Mr. Alfred stating his concerns about the furnace and he would be sending Jason (another serviceman) to give me an estimate on the replacement. In speaking with Jason on Jan 4th he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Because of the level of service I received I will have no problem referring them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I was able to get approved to finance a complete system install in an unfinished basement. My technicians were so dedicated and stayed late to show me every part of the new system. They tirelessly worked on the install for 2 days with great results. I will recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC repair or maintenance.

Omega gave me the lowest quote on two new HVAC units, a 3 ton and 2 ton Bryant 14 SEER rating. Installation was one day and the crew with Alvin leading the way knew what they were doing. Jason, the tech who finally got me to pull the trigger on the purchase did a good job making me feel comfortable with my decisions. I feel that I definitely got a good price and good service.

I had several estimates but decided to go with my local company. That was definitely the RIGHT AND BEST CHOICE! They put my AC in the next day for half the cost because they just gave me exactly what I needed and no nonsense extras! Conyers back our business people for an honest deal. I’m ready for the summer for sure!

We had an HVAC system that was over 20 years old & it finally died. I contacted numerous HVAC companies to come to our home to provide an estimate. Jason with Omega came to our house & gave a free on-the-spot estimate. It was actually the most competitive quote received out of all the companies we contacted. On the day of the installation, the servicemen showed up on time, and they were pleasant. It took them several hours to install the new system, but once it was up & running our system has been running great ever since. My husband and I appreciated the quality customer service & the consistent communication we’ve received from the very beginning, including post installation. I am very pleased with my experience with Omega Heating and Air. The salesman was knowledgeable and informative. The business representative was thorough and answered all of my questions regarding the financial aspects of the transaction. The installers were on time, efficient and professional. The installers also cleaned up after themselves when they finished. That was a definite plus. The entire experience has just been pleasant.

Five stars. I rarely post but had an extraordinary experience. Adding my voice to the chorus of very satisfied customers. I obtained a quote from a major contractor to replace one of our home’s AC units. The price was very high but I justified that I needed a credible company so was stuck. But I decided to keep looking. Tripped over Omega online and saw that they had many recent, positive reviews. The price was easily 1/3 less, and enabled us to also replace the furnace and upgrade our system. The process was excellent. Jason the sales guy was very responsive and easy to work with. The installation was also great. Lastly, one of the two thermostats ended up being defective. The installation manager himself came out to replace it a day or two after I called. Omega is definitely my go-to HVAC contractor now.

I recently bought a home and my thermostat went out. I called a company that sent a rep out that took apart pieces of my furnace and left it, basically lied to me, advising that I needed to replace my furnace and thermostat. I called Omega after seeing an ad. Over the phone, they promised me expert service and quality of work. The rep that came out today did more than deliver. As well as he saved me from spending over $3000 unnecessarily. I’ll never use another HVAC Company as long as I live in this area. They definitely gained a long time customer.

Today was an awesome for our family. We were blessed with a talented young man “KK”! After two inspections and still our upstairs unit was inoperable, KK arrived on time and assessed the entire system. Advised my husband of the problem/cost before performing service. Not only did he do an awesome job, his humble spirit was unique to say the least. Excellent service our unit is working flawlessly right now and we will return for future service! Lastly the rep who ensured we had all questions answered “Chante”, please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong. She had a lasting impression from the scheduling to servicing! Thank you all we will return for future service.

Great company! Great service! Our upstairs unit quit working and we had American Home Shield for our warranty company. Keith Ross did such a good job with photos and write up that they didn’t even require a second opinion. They answer their phones and get the job done. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Omega Heating &Air. Our air conditioner was going out and we were advised that we were going to have to get a new unit. We called around and then we called Omega. They were extremely professional and responsive. Our representative Jason was the best. He took excellent care of us. We had a brand new unit (air conditioner and furnace) installed. Also we received a new digital thermostat. I love it. My home is now cool and we are ready for fall and winter with our new furnace.

I really appreciate the professional services that I received from Omega Heating & Air. I had 2 new installations of both Heating & Cooling units in May 2021 and July 2021. Both times, both Technicians went above and beyond what was required of them. The Technicians in May 2021 did an excellent job and gave great advice for the care of the unit. I recommend Omega Heating and Air. I appreciate Joseph, Arnold, Sean & the crew. My air went out on a Saturday night. I called the Home Advisor she gave a list of HVAC companies. I picked Omega 24 hr. Service. Joseph came on a Sunday. He was very professional and acknowledged my 85 yr old Mother was in a distressful situation. I had a new unit on Monday and Arnold made sure we were taken care of with cool air. Thank you all so much💞
