The company was responsive and the technicians were professional and thorough. They diagnosed the issue quickly, but checked thoroughly to ensure to find anything else that could be the matter. A part needed ordering and they came the following day, early, to complete the repair. Very happy with this service event.

Outstanding response time to repair an issue with my Air Handler motor shut off. Very well prepared and due to their thoughtfulness came with the correct part to replace the issue just by asking me a few questions on the phone. Same day service which was awesome. Walked me through the repair showed me the broken part and a very convenient payment process. Both repair guys showed up with masks on as well which is very courteous. I wish every contractor vendor was as responsive conscientious and polite great job thank you guys that’s why I will always use JD’s.

I contacted JD’s to bid on a 3-ton system change out for my rental unit. They provided me a bid (same day) upon calling knowing I was pressed for time. Their bid price was competitive (family owned business) as compared to the larger HVAC companies for the very same equipment. I’m very happy with the Carrier/Bryant system they recommended. Spot-on time for the appointment, kept me informed using their automated emails/texts each step of the way. Techs Mike and Mike were friendly, they did not leave until the new system was performing optimally. Payment settled upon completion of the work. I plan to utilize this company again in the future. Unit make a “strange” noise just a couple of times. This company is on our home warranty police. They inspected the unit very closely and found an issue with the outside unit. Very nice people.

We used JD’s Heating & Air Conditioning for our 2021 preventative maintenance and were very impressed with their service. When the appointment was made, we received a text and an email confirming. When they were on the way, we received alerts as well. The techs wore masks and kept their distance to respect Covid-19 protocols. The maintenance performed was explained, they pointed out a couple design flaws in the house (location of duct in a bedroom and location of thermostat) and answered questions regarding the flaws, but there was no pressure to make the changes or receive additional services. Their pricing was fair, they were friendly and we have decided to have them come out to fix the areas of concern. We recommend this company and thank Mike and his crew for their service.

Mike at JD’s Heating and Air installed our new A/C unit and thermostat a couple of years ago. He has always been very professional and courteous and has always been available to help us with any issues. I have used JDs before I was totally satisfied with their work then so I called them again. I got a same day appointment they came in and diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad part. I don’t think the price is bad either. I recommend JDs to everybody else
