*check yelp reviews as well** Was assigned them by American Home Shield. True to the pattern here they took a week to come. Man that came said our system (4 years old) was leaking and completely out of coolant and I quote, he said “I’ve never seen that before” and that we needed new copper pipes. Of course AHS said this wasn’t covered so I’m thinking if not covered I’m going to go with someone trusted and has good reviews, Nunez AC. I called them at 7PM the night I found all this out. It is now 10:42 AM the next day and he was here and diagnosed the problem in literally 10 minutes and no where near what this company told us – #1 it is a valve (which has happened in the past) AND #2 Coolant/Freon is full. Complete Air Mechanical of Central FL should be ashamed of themselves and should just sell used cars – they are dirty and dishonest! I’ll be cancelling my AHS as soon as I can too! If any questions to the validity of this just respond and I will provide copy of the invoice left with us. IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS THEM ASK TO BE REASSIGNED. USING THEM WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I just want to say, I am 100% impressed by the Professional service we received from this business, Desmond is not only a thorough and knowledgeable technician, he speaks well and presents as you would want but rarely get. Trust me, I am very picky and hard to get along with, Desmond from here made my day!… Thank you to the whole Complete team and Desmond.

I called in a service request on June 9th, and couldn’t get an appointment until June 15th, but I guess that’s summer in Florida! Also might be because home warranty of America is cheap and also has a terrible system of record management for open work orders. Will the technician was amazing!

The service we received from the installation crew, Chris and Moe, was extraordinary. They both were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They explained the process, asked for our preferences when applicable, and most of all, completed the installation as true professionals. We would highly recommend Complete Air and this crew to anyone who needs any heating or AC replacement.

I have had nothing but incredible customer service with this company. Everyone from the office to the technicians are incredible. The follow through and care is top notch. I’ve dealt with 2 technicians. Keith is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wayne is incredible. He installed my unit so quickly. He was thorough and efficient. He provided amazing service and support. I even met Johnny when he picked up the old equipment. He was super friendly as well. This is just an incredible company. I highly recommend them!

Robert, the technician, was excellent–very experienced and very professional—just what one would hope for. Lisa, who scheduled my service call, went above & beyond the “call of duty,” responding very quickly after my request through a third-party home warranty company was submitted (Complete Air is an approved vendor to the home warranty co.)—and scheduled my service call for the very next morning. That’s practically instant gratification! I could not have asked for any better service from Complete Air! First Class and Five Stars.

Repair technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of what he was doing. He was very friendly and professional. The project manager we worked with when getting a new furnace did a great job explaining our options and did not pressure us to make a decision too fast. The installation crew was prompt, friendly, and left the house clean. I was very satisfied with our experience.

This is a great company! Shortly after purchasing my home I needed a new A/C system. Got a great price, owners came out to make sure I was satisfied. I was able to get a technician out the same day I called and it was Saturday. They diagnosed my AC problem right away, had the parts to fix it, were easy to talk to and charged a very fair price. The company texted me on the arrival time, the technician was on time and I could track his location so I knew when he would be here. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday and take time off work to get this fixed so I was very happy!

Complete Air Mechanical is a great reliable company. They are always very nice and extremely helpful. Specifically we have a technician named Chris who always goes over and above each time he comes out. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative and explains things in a way we understand.

I have never had such a positive experience in the 30 years I have lived here! The technicians name was Bob, didn’t get his last name, but he was here in 15 min. from the time I called the office! Complete Air Mechanical has been great. Clear communication from the office has always happened. Prompt arrival times. Chris was great at fixing up our air conditioning unit. They are our new go to folks. As a new house owner it’s great to find someone that is dependable.
