I moved to Orlando a year and a half ago. I needed a new air conditioner and I could not have asked for a better ac company. They always call me and remind me about the maintenance and whoever comes is very professional I would not use anyone else I highly recommend Century Air Conditioner

Called this morning after our ac went out. The gentleman on the phone said he would have someone out between 11-3pm the same day! I was very impressed since we are in Florida and I know they are busy. I got a call around 2 letting me know the tech would be late which I was fine with because I was thankful they were coming at all sane day. Tito called, he showed up and helped us. He gave great advice and fixed the ac. He did not take advantage of our situation, we were given a good price and will be doing business with Century again!!! Thank you so much for coming out same day and doing a great job and thank you so much to Tito!!!

I recently had my first experience with Century Air and I was very impressed. I talked to Victor about the difficulty that we had been having trying to determine the source if a leak in the condenser unit, he assured me that if there was a leak they would find it. Our technician Pedro was prompt and professional and found the leak and explained the problem. Victor followed up the next day to ensure our service was satisfactory. I will definitely call on them again.

Ronaldo was super helpful with the diagnosing and repairing my thermostat. He quickly fixed the issue and ways to avoid the issue in the future. Will go to Century for all HVAC work in the future.

When preparing my house for sale, I discovered my AC was malfunctioning. I called Century and they had two expert repairmen at my house the same day. They did a thorough job examining the unit and I realized it needed to be replaced. I am very impressed with their professionalism, expertise and responsiveness. Thank you!! We discovered water in the A/C closet today and I was very concerned this. Victor sent a repair man within 2 hours . Pedro diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. I recommend this company over any other for responsiveness and technical expertise! The problem was unusual and Victor took the time to research solutions and solved the problem. very impressed with the follow through!! recommend highly!!

Century Air and Heating has been taking care of the HVAC unit at our business (Varsity Veterinary Center) for several years. They consistently and professionally perform quarterly repair maintenance and are always accessible if we need immediate service. Highly recommend!!!

We knew when we purchased our home that the former owners had not taken very good care of the existing A/C Unit. We have had other companies look at our unit and given a range of prices and explanations. Only Century has been upfront and honest. I also feel that they have been very cost effective. From day one, Century has had our backs. They have been diligent in troubleshooting and making sure our unit is fixed properly and running at its optimum. Victor has gone above and beyond to schedule same day when needed. Pedro has been an AWESOME tech. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at his job. I will not hesitate to recommend this company, and I will certainly continue to use them in the future!

These guys were great, had two companies come out to our house first company said I needed a new system and wrote up over a $4,000.00 quote. Then Century came out, they found a problem with the wiring and replaced some type of switch. Cost of under $600.00 and said the system should last a few more years with yearly maintenance . Thank you very much for your honesty. We will recommend you to all our friends.

These guys installed a new AC system and ducts in my home. They did a great job and the crew did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day they were on the job. The owner, Steve, was also very helpful and responsive via email.

I’ve used Century AC at my residence for last 5+ years and have always been satisfied with their service. They are extremely customer focused, communication is excellent, and have always provided prompt service and repair. Regarding a recent AC install I was even more impressed. The team arrived early and what was estimated to be an all day job was finished in half the time. Steve was excellent and thoroughly walked me through the process and answered any questions. We had an excellent experience with Century Air. We called at 11am and were told someone would arrive between 2:30-4:30. They called to keep us updated on their arrival and we received a text when they were were en route. They showed up within the timeframe! Jason wore a mask and was very respectful of today’s social distancing guidelines. He walked me through what was wrong with our AC, provided a quote and took the time to explain why the issue occurred. Professional and reliable service, which is hard to come by these days.
