[Service] My brand new Broan downdraft range hood was installed and had a strange noise. Andre got at my house on time, checked the issue, recorded the issue on video. Then he explained to me that he would request Broan to replace the unit and that I should hear back from Ramb’s in 1 week. So far the service has been impeccable.
