Prime H.V.A.C – Heating & Cooling Systems

After meeting and getting quotes from 3 heating companies Sufian proved he was the one to work with. His rates were comparable to the others but his attention to detail and time he took to explain my options available were far superior to the other companies. He took covid precautions seriously, was very respectful of our house hold and kids. He built a custom box for our filter so I could change out my own hvac filters myself, made sure everything was cleaned out and air tight. Explained a lot of heating 101 items to me and checked that all our ducts were cleaned. We have a bigger project we’re considering involving running a new gas line and we would absolutely use him if we decided to go that route. He’s extremely responsive and even booked us the very next day when deciding to hire him. Thanks again!! Business

We used Prime Heating & Cooling to do work at a home we were selling. Sufian was professional & knowledgeable & got the work done quickly. Shortly after we moved in to our new place, the HVAC system broke down. We got numerous bids, Prime Heating & Cooling came back with the best bid by far. When discussing the project with Sufian, it was clear that he was focused on getting the job done correctly for a good value. Other companies seemed focused on selling us a pricier unit than getting us the right unit. Our furnace stopped heating on the evening of New Years Day. I called Prime heating and cooling the next morning, before the business hours even said they were open. Sufian answered and set up an appointment for the same day (on a Saturday!) and gave me a two hour window. He ended up calling and asking if he could arrive an hour early. Even better! Everywhere else i called told me appointments were two days out. He arrived on time, and got out of his truck with mask already on and wiping sanitizer on his hands. He never took off his mask the whole time and respected my wish of ZERO entry into the house. He directed me how to go in and pop off the thermostat off the wall to check the wire connections, as there seemed to be no communication from the wall thermostat to the furnace. He was very patient with me as we troubleshooted. He wasn’t annoyed at all that i told him he could not enter the house no matter what. The issue turned out to be just re-seating the thermostat on the wall. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Didn’t even try to sell me a new thermostat. He said my 22 yr old furnace seemed to be in good shape and should last many more years as long as i changed the filters fairly often and cleaned the flame sensor every few years. (Which i actually did before he arrived, per youtube) Ended up only paying the diagnostic fee $99 and told me if anything goes wrong within the next 30 days, he’ll come diagnose it at no charge. I highly recommend Prime!!! Dude is very honest, knowledgeable and had me working again within a few minutes, for only the price of diagnosing the issue. My air conditioning went out yesterday on a Saturday, it was 91 degrees outside, I have a Saint Bernard very pregnant, due in a week, I called Prime Heating even though I knew they were closed, I left a message, the owner of the company who was out with his family called me back, and said he’d stop by, I had broken my thermostat trying to put new batteries in it, he repaired that while his family waited for him, said he’d come back, so at 7:30 pm this wonderful man had my air conditioning running again, his day off, he told me because I’m his customer I am now part of the prime heating family, I am so thankful that I have someone I can call and trust! Thank you Prime Heating you are the best!!

Showed up on a Sunday after putting in an emergency request. Very polite and knowledgeable, not afraid to discuss the details with me — no bs, and was willing to show me some of the different things about the furnace. Had a dead controller board, he was able to pull out a board from his van (luckily!) for the replacement on the spot. Paid attention to details along the way and now the furnace is alive. 10/10 would recommend. Planning to have him service our AC in the spring when needed! Business

I’m so glad I used Prime heating for their service. My heater wasn’t turning on. Sufian was quick to respond and came out right away to service my furnace. He had to replace a OEM Pressure switch that was worn out. I also decided to tune up the furnace since it was in need. Sufian was honest and gave me a reasonable price for all the work that needed to be done!

I cannot say how pleased I am with the service we received. During the winter storm our furnace struggled and we were getting super cold. Sufian called to let us know he was on his way. He wore a mask and used boot protectors to help protect our floors from the snow. He quickly identified the issues with our system and worked with us to find a solution. So thankful for his help! I am so happy I called Prime heating today. My furnace stopped working and the soonest my usual contractor could come was two days out. I called Prime and they came the same day, did excellent work and at a very reasonable price. Prime is my new heating g contractor for my home and my rental properties.

Sufian’s service and professionalism is second to none. He answered my call promptly, came out at short notice to service our ac unit, which was not working. Suf clearly explained what need replacing and why, and gave solid advice about what maintenance could be deferred. He did not try to upsell us. Sufian is careful with covid protocols and had a mask, booties in case he needed to enter the house, & hand sanitizer. Sufian is highly knowledgable, experienced, detail- oriented, professional, and patient. His pricing is reasonable- even for a weekend emergency call. I wish that all businesses were run the way Sufian runs his. He has earned our trust and we will not go elsewhere for our heating and cooling needs.

Saif was wonderful! He was on time, efficient, and handle the job to its completion. With a lot of different parts and things that could go wrong. He fixed them one by one until the job was complete at no extra charge! I would truly recommend his service to anyone.

Sofian came out to service our AC just before we had a little stretch of hot weather. He responded almost right away when we reached out and was able to fit us into his busy schedule seemlessly. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable about our AC. We highly recommend his business for home heating and cooling needs!

I would give Prime Heating and Cooling more than 5 stars if I could. I called Prime to see if I could get our air conditioning unit serviced as it stopped blowing cool air during the recent heat spell. I expected it would be several weeks before anyone could come out, but Sufian came out the next day! He did the troubleshooting and repair work in under an hour for a very reasonable price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated the problem with our air conditioning unit in an understandable way which established our trust in Sufian. I highly recommend Prime Heating and Cooling and will continue to have this company service our furnace and a/c unit on a yearly basis from now on.

Sufian did a wonderful job. My furnace was not putting out heat and Sufian was able to diagnose and fix the problem in no time. He also helped me figure out why my gas fireplace was not lighting. If I ever have trouble again, Prime will be the first company that I call.

We had been waiting for our home warranty get a contractor out to service our air conditioner that went out 9 days prior, to no avail. I looked up 5 star ratings and called three of them at 5:45 pm. Saif from Prime called me back within 15 min and said he was finishing up a job nearby and could be there in 10 min. Sure enough he was here within 10 min. He was gracious enough to speak to my home warranty folks to get an authorization for the services and answered all of their annoying questions securing the authorization to get me reimbursed. He was super quick, had the part on his truck and got us cooling again in less than an hour.
