Highly recommend Associated Piping Services for your plumbing needs. This company was referred to me by a friend. I was extremely pleased with the work that Mike Wilson did on the drain at our rental property. We needed a plumber on Friday evening at 6pm. Mike responded quickly and resolved the problem within a reasonable amount of time. I had been searching for a reputable company for more than a year. The knowledge that Mike demonstrated earned my trust. I will always request this plumber in the future.

We have guests staying in our place when the AC went out at 9:30pm on a Friday night during a tropical storm. We called around to several 24/7 emergency AC repair companies and didn’t get responses or call backs until the next day. Associated Piping Services answered the call and they came out within 2 hours and had us up and running in no time that night. We are very grateful and thankful for APS and how dependable, knowledgeable & fair they were in our situation. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Orlando area.

Jeff called when he was on the way as I couldn’t be there, He was meeting my girlfriends grandmother on site and made her feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and explained the process and what he was going to do next. The communication and updates were great and I felt like I knew what was going on even though we weren’t on site with him. The service was quick, Professional and prompt service with a competitive price. I would recommend to anyone.

I called and spoke with Angela and she was very responsive and was able to help me schedule an appointment at my place of business on short notice. Mike came out to run a camera for an issue I was having with my toilets and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything upfront and worked very quickly, letting me know what the next steps would be in fixing my issue. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. What can I say except these guys rock! The drain in one of my rentals was blocked and I wont mention names but I was told by another company there was no other option but to break the wall behind the shower to replace the drain. …I was told it was $175 for the first visit + another $475 to do the work…. WOW! Needless to say, I asked the owner of the company where I work if he could recommend a plumber since they have so many commercial and residential properties and before I could finish my sentence, he was giving me the number to Associated Piping Services. Over the phone I was met with professionalism and genuine care for my situation. There were several people I spoke with over the phone either to set the appointment, make payment or do the actual repair. I want to give a special shout out to Kari, Angela, Mikey and Mike for not just treating me like another number but for actually keeping me updated on what was going on and for actually getting the work done without breaking up the drain…. and all this while I was out of town working remotely. Had the blower motor fail on one of the A/C units at our business. Associated Piping was there within an hour and a half – in the middle of July heat. They were able to get the unit running again and everyone was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. Would definitely call them back again.

Arrived on time, very very friendly and he was thorough with the snake. Plumber corrected weeks of backups which were causing all kinds of issues. We will definitely call again.

Excellent and timely services are provided by Associated Piping for our A/C on contractual basis and they have been very courteous and promptly responses to our requests. They are highly professional and reliable. Strongly recommended on the basis of their personal and reliable services whenever called. Our A/C went out, and we needed an immediate fix because we are a physical therapy clinic with patients engaging in exercises and using our gym equipment. Associated Piping noted our concern about the situation and sent a gentleman out as soon as he was done with his current job. They communicated very well with us about his ETA and he assessed the issue while being minimally invasive to our clinic’s activities. We couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the service and AMAZING repair of what we feared was a massive, nearly impossible fix beneath our bathtub and slab! The technicians arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled “window” and went to work immediately, not only repairing the leak but always keeping the cost to us in mind! It was like MAGIC! The attached photo shows the work: bathtub drain itself (not seen in photo), ENTIRE drain line of PVC pipe and P-trap (18 inches BELOW the slab) and all the work was done in a very confined work space – AND without breaking up any slab. Incredible! When Associated Piping says “honest work at a fair price” they deliver just that! We won’t hesitate to recommend them to our friends! Thank you to Cody and Austin for the great work and to Kimberly for superb customer service!

After-hours, we had an emergency issue and had tried literally every company in the area and could not get past the answering services. Associated Piping’s answering service was extremely professional and had a technician reach out to us and on their way to our house almost immediately. Mikey came out and fixed our problem quickly, professionally, and was friendly enough to calm down the stress of 4+ hours of dealing with a large leak. Associated Piping will be the ONLY company we will be doing business with from now on.
