Elite AC (Orlando)

At first I was bit unease about changing my system but once “Mark” the tech arrived on site of my home he explained all that needs to be and explain about the company it self and the service that they offer along with the great deal on there system… so I decided to have the system replace and they have kelp there word on what was going to take to complete the service and “Dave” another find individual and professional who did the finale inspection before County inspector and also explained all that needed and ask if there were any concerned or questions regarding the installation or system… And let’s not forget the installers they were polite and very Professional. I highly recommend This company for your next A/C service or Installation.

Let me preface this by stating I build high end homes and Elite AC gave me a better price than the company we use. We had our entire 5 ton system replaced. The two technicians, Chris and Randy, were extremely professional and worked past 7:00 PM in the dark to finish installing the condensing unit outside. They were very good about cleaning up after the job was done. The air handler developed a leak in the condensate line a couple weeks after they finished and when I called for service, Dave came out immediately and replaced the line. Not only was he professional as well, he called me first and asked if I didn’t mind if he came an hour early. What? Seriously, that never happens! Further, Elite AC has done a great job vetting their workers, including the lady that answered the calls. Great staff all the way around. Nice to see a company who actually knows what “customer service” really means.

Randy and Blake arrived at my house at the time that was scheduled and did a fantastic job I’m very pleased I would like to also give a shout out to Dave who came out on Sunday and diagnose the problem with my AC unit and was able to get my old unit working until I could have the new unit installed I will be calling on the Elite Air Conditioning for any problems in the future Thank you for your great service Ms Stanley

I’m writing this review not for the company but for the two AC techs that blew me away with such amazing customer service! Randy and Blake went above and beyond to please and make sure that our system was setup and working properly! Randy you turned a negative situation into a great one! Thankyou!!!!! Dave was amazing to work with. He is responsive and very knowledgeable. I felt safe with him coming into my home being alone. There were no sales tactics, it was just black and white, this is what we are offering and this is what will work with your house. Even after doing the job, he was there to answer further questions along the way. Prices were fantastic and they beat all the competitors by a landslide. I am so great full that I found Dave, he has a customer for life after the way treated us.

Very professional technicians and efficient service. Our 8 year old unit was no longer cooling, and we expected an expensive repair due to the low volume of Freon (thinking there was a leak). Thanks to Dave’s thorough assessment, he correctly identified the problem was only a faulty Schrader valve and was able to make the repair quickly and restore the unit’s operability. We will definitely be turning to Dave and Elite for any future issues and highly recommend them.

Dave was great and extremely professional! I appreciate the gentle reminder via text message of my appointment. Professional from start to finish! Nothing better than to be informed of the process and understanding of how my unit works and its condition! I plan to have my unit serviced in the winter! This company is definitely a winner! If you have issues, call and ask for Dave. Not only was he nice, professional, and took the time to explain the process….he fixed my AC in less than 10 minutes! I will definitely be calling for Dave again, if we ever have a need, and recommending him to everyone. It’s rare you find genuinely good people sometimes, and he was awesome!

I was beyond impressed with the installer Chris who can out to install my new AC system. My install was more complicated then most and Chris was professional, patient and did a meticulous job. Company is fortunate to have such a great employee. His partner for the install Adam also did a wonderful job.

Elite A/C review – Randy and Blake from Elite AC Orlando came by today, in the rain, and installed a brand new A/C system. They took off their shoes when they came in and out, and worked for 4 1/2 hours straight. In the end, the job was less expensive than the estimate (which was already the best of 3 that I had), because they did not need to change the breakers. They took that off the estimate, on the spot. When they left, you could not even tell they had arrived, except that the A/C was so cold I thought I’d see snowflakes coming out of the vent! They vacuumed the area and cleaned up and perfectly. I will use them for annual maintenance and whenever I have a need for HVAC services. I have no hesitation highly recommending Elite A/C.

Today a team Randy & Blake installed our new AC system. We are very pleased with their dedication and professional installation . We will ask for the same crew for a second job again. If anybody thinking about changing the AC I strongly recommend.

Elite A/C was awesome. I was quoted almost twice as much from another company, but Elite’s advertised pricing was very up front and honest. The original technician Mark was great to work with setting everything up and scheduling the install. Chris and Randy the installers were amazing and they all three knocked out the entire install in 5+ hours. I am very happy with my new system and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to repair or replace their A/C unit.

Mark from ELITE AC did maintenance work on my unit. He explained what he was doing and was very thorough, courteous, professional and exceptionally informative. This is a new company for me and I will have ELITE AC annually to make certain my unit is performing satisfactorily. Kudos to Mark’s employer for hiring him. Hope he returns next year! Dee D.

Mark and Chris were excellent. Mark explained everything, the company pulled the permit, with an electrical company to coordinate everything. They were timely, friendly and professional. Very well done, fellas!

Beyond impressed with Elite AC. While their pricing and transparency deserves 6 stars in and of itself, the highlight of the experience goes to Tom and Henry. These guys really take pride in their work and it shows. They showed up on time, were very thorough in explaining what they were doing, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new AC unit.

We found Elite A/C Longwood in an advertising magazine and thought we’d add just one more contractor to our search for replacing our total system. By the time Dave, the lead tech who talked to us had finished, we were sold. The team who did the install, RANDY and BLAKE were highly professional and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We will also use Elite to do our annual maintenance when the manufacturer’s warranty is over. Would highly recommend them – ask for Randy and Blake for the install. Super cleanup after the job and always available to explain what they were doing.

Wow! What a great experience. Tom and Henry were excellent. They were on time, very fast and helped me to understand my new system. They were courteous with great personalities. Today my husband and I have been dealing with water leaking into our AC closet. We turned off all of the AC units in our house and after vacuuming what seemed like endless amounts of water we finally knew we had to call a professional. I looked through many reviews and noticed that customers of Elite Plumbing had nothing but wonderful things to say. When I called the receptionist was an absolute sweetheart. She listened to me vent and almost meltdown and fit us right in for today’s schedule. She made me feel more at ease. Jose was our technician and he was the best. Great customer service, punctual (actually he arrived earlier than we anticipated), and he was so kind and explained everything to us. We so appreciate him taking the time to explain things to us as new homeowners. Overall, Elite AC did not need to repair anything since our leak is not from our AC unit, but we will be customers of theirs in the future. They were professional, courteous, and very fair in price.
