I called them on a Monday morning and they had me up and running that afternoon. My simple repair was handled quickly and at a fair price. There were no games or upcharges… Just good, professional service.

Yesterday morning I called and spoke with Elaine who said she was the owner. I told her my AC was not working and asked if they had someone who could out that same day. It was something pretty simple and fixed right a way. No pushy upcharge. Just the basic service call. Really excellent service.

We were having issues with our AC system because of the cold / hot / cold weather. I called Tropical Air and spoke with Elaine. She sent a tech out the same day. After a little checking, they found the problem and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service and the tech was very pleasant. NO hard up sell for anything. Really great company. I’m now 2 for 2 on positive experiences with this company. At all phases of service (from report of the problem to delivery of service), they have been friendly, professional, prompt, and respectful of my needs and concerns (both health and financial). Oscar and Robert came out the same day I called and they had my AC up and running within the hour. I found it particularly comforting that they performed the appropriate distancing measures and wore masks, gloves, and boot coverings to reduce the risks of COVID spread. They also satisfied my inner geek by keeping me in the loop on the technical details, complete with pictures, of what they found and how the bottom line (which came in surprisingly low) would be affected.

Had a problem with my AC not coming on and thought it was a thermostat issue. The tech did a full system evaluation and turned out to be the main AC unit. The gave us a quote to fix it and did the work immediately. Great customer service and great technicians. Glad I found Tropical Air for the great work they did!!

I cannot rave enough about Tropical Air. There is something about adding personalization with business. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I cannot thank Danny and his team enough for this. If you want transparency, no gimmicks, honesty, and great employees, please do not look elsewhere. I seriously appreciate how hard Tropical Air worked with us with our home warranty company and the battles we fought. When I mean they go above and beyond, they truly do! I ended up in tears over frustration and Danny was there with us making sure something would get fixed. Thank you so much for everything! It means the world to have not only people who can do business good, but people who do it RIGHT.

I originally called them about my pool heat pump. They came out and took care of it pronto. When it came time for preventative maintenance for my house and rental I gave Tropical a call. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. I received a courtesy call to let me know technicians were on the way. James and Joe showed up on time. I had my units serviced numerous times over the last 15 years. This was the most thorough ever. Took the time to educate me on ways to assist in the operation of my systems. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We were referred to Tropical Air of Central Florida for our new AC unit. They were very professional and went over all of the brands, details and pricing. On the day of installation, they send 3 techs to do the job. Everyone was professional, courteous and did a great job. I cannot say enough about the excellent service and pricing with them.

Can’t say enough great things about Tropical Air. From my first call to talk about my AC issues to the tech arriving on time. They performed a diagnostic check and found my fan motor was bad. They quoted me a price and had it replaced and fixed the same day. Fair pricing and great customer service.

My property manager contracted out to Tropical Air at 4:45pm on a Monday and I got a call the same day to setup service for 8am-11am the next day. The tech arrived promptly at 8am and after diagnosing the issue, and coming to the same conclusion that was reached describing the issue on the phone the night before, he was able to repair the unit and had cold air blowing again by 8:45am. Can’t beat 16 hours from reported issue to completed repair. And of course I appreciated them doing the needful steps for protecting us like we did for the tech that came out.

Tropical Air of Central Florida, LLC went out of their way to get a new outside unit overnighted to make it possible to have the job done today instead of Friday. They have replaced both the inside and outside units now, and I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and skilled their team is. If you ever need AC work, please call them and ask for Danny! They will be the only company I call when I need AC work done!

So professional and excellent customer service. Elaine the owner answered the phone and I explained the issues with my air conditioner. She had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and schedule a tech to come out the same afternoon. When the tech showed up, he was wearing a mask and introduced himself. I showed him to the ac unit and he did a check of the system and found the issue right away. He gave me a quote and I accepted it and got the work done. Overall, this company was honest, polite, not pushy and very professional. Nice to see there is good in this time of pandemic.

The employees including the owners were so helpful and courteous towards me. VERY Profesional company and very busy. You need anything related to air-conditioning they do it and do it correctly

Excellent customer service. When it got so hot a couple of days ago, my AC was not working. It turned out to be a bad fan and they gave me a really fair quote to fix it.
